SMS Delivery Notifications — Opt-In Process
NxDlvry (a product of Adevious) is delivery-management software used by delivery businesses (“merchants”). Delivery status text messages are sent to a merchant’s end customers on the merchant’s behalf. This page describes the complete process by which end customers consent to receive those messages.
How end customers opt in
- An end customer places a delivery order with a merchant in person or by phone.
- The merchant’s staff ask whether the customer would like SMS delivery updates for their order and request the customer’s mobile number.
- Only with the customer’s consent, staff record the number in NxDlvry. The entry screen displays the consent disclosure shown in the screenshot below.
- The customer then receives delivery status messages for their orders — typically 1–3 messages per order (a tracking link and delivery status updates).
There is no end-customer web signup form. Providing a mobile number is optional and consent is never a condition of purchase.
The screen where consent is recorded

The NxDlvry customer screen where merchant staff record a mobile number. The disclosure reads: “By providing a mobile number, you confirm this customer agreed to receive delivery status texts about their orders. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Message details and opt-out
- Message frequency varies with deliveries — typically 1–3 messages per order.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
